NAHLAM CARE

PSYCHOLOGY · COUNSELLING · YOUTH WELLBEING

Care that helps young people feel safe, understood and capable.

Nahlam Care offers thoughtful psychological and counselling support for children, adolescents and families navigating change, stress, relationships, school and sport.

Accepting enquiries for children, adolescents, adults, families, schools and youth-sport settings.

A CALM PLACE TO START

Support should feel clear, respectful and human.

Every person and family arrives with a different story. Nahlam Care creates space to understand what is happening, identify practical next steps and build support around the child, young person or family—not around a one-size-fits-all program.

WAYS WE CAN HELP

Support that meets young people where they are.

Services are discussed after an initial enquiry so that the right format, scope and referral pathway can be confirmed.

01

Children & adolescents

Support for emotional regulation, anxiety and stress, confidence, identity, friendships, school pressures, change and difficult transitions.

02

Families & parents

Parent guidance, family communication and support through changing family circumstances. Family integration or reunification work is considered only when appropriate to the referral and professional scope.

03

School & youth wellbeing

Practical collaboration with parents, schools and other treating professionals, with consent and confidentiality handled carefully.

04

Youth sport & events

Wellbeing support for young athletes and youth teams, alongside first-aid and sports-trainer services for events within the agreed role and event plan.

THE APPROACH

Listen first. Build trust. Work practically.

  1. Understand the situationStart with the young person’s experience, the family context and what support would make a difference now.
  2. Agree the pathwayClarify goals, consent, confidentiality, relevant supports and whether another professional or service should be involved.
  3. Keep communication clearParents, schools and referrers receive appropriate information only with consent or where there is a legal or safety obligation.
